Does AppleCore Solutions work with different types of organizations?


Yes, we work in different stakeholders in the community, including corporations, businesses, schools, entrepreneurs, churches, families, and individuals who are looking to improve in communication, relationships with customers, leadership, and performance.


Does the AppleCore Solutions offer educational pricing?


Yes! We offer discounts to the staff, faculty, and students of any educational or leadership organizations. Visit our Course Catalog to make a purchase or for current pricing information. 


How do I contact AppleCore Solutions for support?


For most of our services, programs, and courses, detailed information is available on the pages specific to each service. You can use the navigation bar at the top of this page to visit the appropriate section. If you'd like to contact us please use the the HelpDesk button or visit the appropriate support section for the email address customercare@applecore-solutions.com to use.


If you're still not sure, just send us an email to info@applecore-solutions.com and we'll be happy to help. A person sometimes ask whether we want one email with lots of items, or lots of emails with one item each. We have a slight preference for the latter, but realistically, we'll take your feedback however you'd like to send it; you're doing us a favor, after all!

How do I download my assignment and/or worksheet from www.applecore-solutions to my computer?


Just click on download and enter into a folder on your new computer and you should be good to go! If you do not have a copy of your assignment/worksheet which includes your information, you can have your it emailed to you via our customercare@applecore-solutions. Also, make sure you are using the same code as in your email. Click the Course page for more product information.


How do I retrieve my course?


If you purchased the course using our online store, just visit the Course page and enter the information that the page asks for. If we can locate it in our database, we'll send your code to you ASAP.

If you purchased the course at event, the HelpDesk page should also be able to provide you with your code. Otherwise, please contact us at customercare@applecore-solutions.com for further assistance.


I purchased a service, program, course, or session from the webssite. How do I know I am registered?


Registering for your services, programs, courses, or sessions purchased at an event or online or that came bundled with your special offer is easy! If you have any questions, please contact customercare@applecore-solutions.com. Registering ensures that we are able to provide you with future information, and also enables us to remind you of your code should you misplace it.


I sent in a question/bug report/feature request via email. How soon can I expect to get a response?


We do our best to respond to all inquiries by the end of the following business day at the latest. We often respond more quickly than that, and sometimes it takes us a bit longer. Our first priority will always be to respond to mail from our customers who have purchased services, programs, courses or sessions.

Try entering the login and/or passcode again, double-checking that the information and/code is exactly correct, with no spaces, tabs, or other characters added to either end. Next, double check that you're not trying to enter a previous code into the line. If those don't work, send email to customercare@applecore-solutions.com and we'll be happy to be of assistance.
